They have a skilled and highly trained team providing the right solution for their clients based on their individual needs and requirements.
Cobus Communication approached us to help create a new vibrant, user-friendly website which built on their excellent reputation in East Yorkshire and beyond.
They already have a long-standing strong brand and needed this to influence but not overpower the new website design whilst creating a fresh modern looking site which showcased their huge skillset within the sector.
One issue was they have some a large array of services we needed to ensure the usability of the website wasn’t affected by this and allowed users to access any area of the site within 3-4 mouse clicks.
We started by collating everything Cobus needed to show on the website creating a virtual roadmap to allow us to address the user journey.
The Cobus team were incredibly active and positive throughout this stage and we had a couple of design workshops to thrash out the best UX experience we could in the design phase.
Once we had designed the site and finished the development we installed a program to record live users using the site to monitor any design bottlenecks that was causing an issue. This allowed us to make small tweaks to the design making it easier for users to find what they wanted, quicker.
This was justified in the increase in traffic to the website and the conversions through the website.
The technologies we use are always thoroughly evaluated and considered in conjunction with the client’s needs and future scalability.
Cobus Communications needed to include a vast amount of content within their website including multiple media formats meaning the site has to be incredibly flexible and scalable to allow Cobus to reach the levels they wanted to digitally.
